Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
During periods of high demand, promotional campaigns, holidays, or viral product activity, processing times may be extended.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all billing and shipping information entered at checkout is accurate before completing their purchase.

- Packages marked as delivered
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery
- Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
- Failed deliveries due to customer error

Address Changes & Order Cancellations
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify or cancel the order.
Requests for address changes or cancellations must be submitted as quickly as possible after purchase.
International Fulfillment Notice
